Can I contact you with a sizing question?

Absolutely! We are here to help! We do our best to include size charts
from the various brands we carry and measurements. Feel free to ask your
sizing question and we will do our best to answer it!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We process orders within 2-3 business days. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your request.

How do I check my order once it's been shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that tracking number to locate your order. If for some reason you do not receive your order confirmation, please contact us and we will give you that information.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship via USPS or UPS from San Diego, CA. All product is on hand and ready to roll!

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

We only ship to the United States at this time.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days and are shipped quickly thereafter. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What if I can't find my package?

If delivery has not been confirmed, please reach out so that we can check on its status. If delivery has been confirmed, you will have to take your tracking number to your local post office and ask them to look into it. Please note: once an package has received delivery confirmation, Rock & Roll Jane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.

What is your Return policy?

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation. Return items must be unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging in order to be returned or exchanged.  Please visit our Refund Policy page for more information.

Can I make an exchange if the item doesn't fit?

We want you to be happy - and for your clothes to fit! Please contact us with your exchange request within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
